Paying NTP

 

NTP accepts cash, company cheque, EFT, credit card and account

 

Credit card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Service Fee:

Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard - No charge.
American Express - A service fee of 2% of billing amount will be charged.

For payments over the telephone, a standard form has to be completed and faxed to NTP.

EFT

Funds can be transferred via internet or banked into NTP account.

After effecting payment, fax a copy of payment or email to NTP.
Please use your Invoice Number or Business Name for the description if possible

Company Cheque

Normally a cheque must be received and funds cleared prior to despatch of job. Check with company representative.

Credit Applications

A credit term of 15 days may be approved. Complete application form and fax to NTP.

NTP Terms and Conditions

1. Credit application and/or payment is required for new clients prior to production.
2. All prices include printing associated costs only. GST and freight are not included.
3. All goods are sold ‘ex factory’ and any delivery cost is incurred as your agent.
4. NTP accepts no responsibility for colour variation unless a digital proof was supplied by NTP. Hard copies supplied by client are used as a guide but not guaranteed to be colour matched.
5. As print runs are generally ganged up, print colours may vary from reprint to reprint, from stock to stock and from job to job.
6. NTP does not accept responsibility for any jobs that may be delayed.
7. Trimming may vary 1-2 millimetres.
8. If artwork for business cards is not supplied to our standard specifications and size, including bleed, an additional surcharge will be applicable starting from $25 + gst.
9. NTP accepts electronic artwork from Windows and Mac Os applications, which must be in line with NTP file specifications.
10. File correction or conversion will be charged at $80 per hour ($40 minimum).
11. Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, NTP accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.
12. Print ready artwork must be created in accordance with NTP directions.
